Our Approach

We are focused on improving the food culture in which we live. Farming the land, celebrating the bounty we harvest, and preserving delicious vittles is our joy and our resistance. It is our intentional way of life, a value we want to pass along to our children, and our delightful tradition.

Our Story

We are blessed to have found one in another a partner who believes food is culture and that culture is worth protecting. Good food has been at the center of our lives since we met. In early 2016 we got the wonderful opportunity to farm the 4,500 sq ft garden plot across the street from our home. We are charmed to have this slice of heaven in the middle of the city and we try to learn lessons from her each day. This website tries to capture bits and pieces of this journey.
